Our program helps New Teachers develop competency and confidence faster, thus improving student learning and outcomes.

New Teachers receive guidance and encouragement from Building Mentors as they build relationships inside and outside the school building.

Our Support Model

 

ELP was founded by eight education associations in the Midwest and thought leaders in the education community. Collectively, we knew there had to be a better way to support and encourage teachers in their first through third years.
